We will be meeting at Back to Wellness Chiropractic for the class on Feb. 9th at 6:30 P.M. The address is 2149 W. Emory Road, Powell, TN 37849. This will also be our covered dish night. We have emailed recipes to all participants. Please choose one to prepare and bring on that night for all class members to enjoy. We will also be welcoming Senior Gold Medalist, Tot Covington, as our special guest speaker on that night. She will be speaking to us about her achievments in the "golden years" of her life and how you can be sure to live a life that ensures maximized living at any age. We are so excited about this special night. See you there!
